Ductless system memberships include up to 3 indoor units. Each additional indoor unit is an additional on charge.

Payment information is required for membership purchase and contract will renew monthly or annually, depending on option chosen. Customers may cancel membership at any time. Balance will be due at time of cancellation if any balance is owed.

Specific indoor cleaner components are not included in membership pricing (UV bulbs, carbon clean filters, etc.) Any recommended repairs while performing maintenance visits are excluded.

Tankless water heater flushes are not included in the program benefits. HVAC system(s) must be operational to perform regularly scheduled maintenances.
